Royal China Dim Sum

One of the great things about dim sum is the noncommittal attitude the diner is allowed toward the food. Take a bite of something you didn’t care for all that much? Just move on to the next tasty morsel. Luckily, we very deeply cared for everything that Royal China had to offer us. In particular, the sesame paper prawn roll and glutinous rice steamed in lotus leaf elicited strong feelings of satisfaction. We sincerely appreciated the gratuitous tastiness of Royal China’s deep fried prawn dumpling in salad sauce as well.
