… the
Hot House Maiden Melee with its 1930s style of cheeky burlesque decadence and mandatory dress code (1930s black tie, tuxedos and furs) set at No 5 Cavendish Square (all three converted Georgian townhouse floors of it) was the bee’s knees! Indeed, Londonist was most impressed by the inspired performance of the 21st century’s answer to the Andrews Sisters, the Puppini Sisters. There was one particular stripper that kinda got under our skins too – Vavavoom!
