Tapas Fantasticas 2009

When we previewed Tapas Fantasticas a few days back, we based our expectations upon the good time we had last year. Well, it appears that the folks organizing Tapas Fantasticas raised their own (tapas) bar so high that they were unable to achieve the same level of fun experienced in 08.
