I reckon it’s mostly bueno, but I’m still holding out for a proper bowl of pozole and the arrival of a taco van that serves up tacos al pastor. Besides, until I can walk into my local Tesco/Waitrose/Sainsbury’s for a fat stack of corn tortillas …
