Following through with a commitment started in 2006 when Ben & Jerry’s launched the world’s first ever Fairtrade ice-cream, the dynamic duo of dairy yumminess were in London recently to announce that by the end of 2011, every ingredient in every tub of Ben & Jerry’s ice cream will be Fairtrade certified … Here’s our interview with Jerry and his long-time business buddy Ben Cohen about UK flavour preferences, how to make the perfect Sundae, going Fairtrade and more.
