Improv jazz, whisky pairings, foodie finds from New York street vendors and a Plymouth gin cocktail bar: it’s going to be a Mad Man kind of time at The Palm, Upper East Side – one of five main experience areas to transform an as-yet undisclosed Central London venue), at A Fluid State – where food and drink meet art, music and live performance. One of London’s most immersive food and drink festivities, A Fluid State will be held over the first weekend of December.
