‘Sufficiently cruncy on the outside and fluffy on the inside’ falafel stuffed amply into a pita at a decent price: pleased we were to sample the chickpea creations on offer when Pilpel opened at Spitalfields. And pleased we are to know Pilpel’s simple and tasty food is now available at a second location near St Paul’s.
