Godiva Chocolate Christmas Preview

Premium Belgian chocolate maker, Godiva Chocolatier, recently previewed its new collection of
Christmas treats. I was there. It was tasty. Here’s what’ll be on offer from Godiva from the 8th of November (here in the UK anyway):

Three new chocolate Christmas trees in specially designed gift boxes
The Sapin Noisette (hazelnut praliné, cinnamon and ginger), Sapin Amande (almond praliné, honey and sel
de Guerande) and Sapin Macadamia (macadamia praliné, mandarin and cardamom) will all be available in
newly designed gift boxes ranging in size from four to 17 pieces. These are pretty awesome.

Christmas figures
White chocolate snowman, milk chocolate reindeer and a gingerbread man. Cute.

Advent calendar
Filled with both signature and seasonal chocolates to showcase the whole Godiva range.

Beaded Christmas ball
Nice, Christmassy keepsake container filled with 22 chocolate squares.

Royal Swarovski Box
Fancy schmancy suede gift box covered in Swarovski crystals forming the Godiva emblem with 61 pieces of Godiva’s signature assortment inside.

The preview was at Cafe Godiva, located on the second floor of Harrods. It’s one of only two such cafes in the world (the other one’s in Beijing) and seemed like an especially luxe place to rest one’s shopping-weary feet while indulging in everything from a three layer “ Hot Chocolixir” to a chocolate afternoon tea or a glass of bubbly.
