Foodie Fun in Japan (Great British Chefs)

During my visit, I hit bright and buzzy Tokyo, the mountain resort town of Hakone and the ancient capital city of Kyoto. Everything I tasted along the way was gorgeous. Indeed, I got the impression that it’s actually pretty difficult to come by a bad meal there. No one I encountered came across as a super food snob or desperately obsessed with eating, but the importance of cuisine and sharing food and drink with others seemed paramount to the culture.
