Salt is a newly launched trade publication for the hospitality industry with a focus on “innovation, creation and evolution of food.” For the inaugural issue I interviewed Hong Kong demon chef, Alvin Leung, about his own innovative style and his recently opened restaurant in Mayfair. No. There’s nothing remotely close. The comments from most of the people who’ve dined at Bo London have been that this is a very unique experience and that they’ve never had anything else like it.
