Honky Tonk Clapham opened about a week and a half ago, riding the trendy cibus Americanus wave south of the river in the hopes of finding the same success that sister bar and restaurant, Honky Tonk Chelsea has.
I dropped by Honky Tonk Clapham last night for the launch party, munched on some pretty decent chicken wings and enjoyed a Maple Trace cocktail (essentially an Old Fashioned with cinnamon and maple syrup infused bourbon). Yee haw.
