Rachel Khoo and the Patisserie of Steam at Miele Gallery, Regent Street

Open now until 4 July at the Miele Gallery, Regent Street is a “Steam Patisserie” pop-up featuring treats by TV pastry chef Rachel Khoo made using Miele Combination Steam Appliance including the world’s first ever Doreo, an “exciting dessert hybrid of a doughnut and “the crumbly classic American cookie.”

Guests of the pop-up can sample Rachel’s steam creations, such as the Doreo which is only available during the event.There’s also a chance to sit in on a range of master classes this Friday to learn how to cook Rachel’s signature pastry dishes along with the Doreo using steam. You can even catch a demo of how to bake the perfect loaf of bread with steam.

The Steam Patisserie events are free of charge and can be booked through sending an RSVP to mielesteampatisserie@frankpr.it.

11.30am to 12pm
12.10pm to 12.50pm
12.50pm to 1.30pm

 How to … Master Classes:
 The Master Classes are £35 per head. To book a place call Miele on 0845 365 6610.
