Head Chef Pascal Proyart of One-O-One Restaurant at The Park Tower Hotel in Knightsbridge will host Chef Mark Jordan of Michelin starred Ocean Restaurant at The Atlantic Hotel in Jersey at the end of this month for two nights offering guests an opportunity to try collaborative seafood tasting menus.
29 and 30 January, One-O-One Restaurant will see Proyart and Jordan team up to create a range of tasting menus of sustainable seafood dishes showcasing ingredients from Jersey such as fresh royal king crab, scallops and lobster, beef, halibut, and Jersey cheeses alongside ingredients like seaweed butter and salt caramel from Proyart’s home, Brittany.
Tasting menus will range from four petits plats for £39 (available during lunch only), six petits plats for £59, and 8 petit plats for £79 per person. To make a reservation call 02072907101.
