Stripper Wear Fair | David Bowie Burlesque Tribute | Pole Dancing Werkshop at Red Gallery, Shoreditch

DSC_2998Burlesque performer Chiqui Love models her designs that she’ll have for sale at the Stripper Wear Fair on Saturday.

This weekend – Valentine’s weekend – do something special for yourself and that significant other at one (or all) of three super sexy events hosted by the East London Strippers Collective at Red Gallery in Shoreditch.

There’ll be a chance to learn how to twerk it like a pro pole dancer, shop till you drop low to the flo’ for stripper wear, and to admire the artistic stylings of performers dancing in tribute to David Bowie.

Saturday 13 February, 12pm to 5pm, £2 entry at the door (All door tickets entered in to raffle prize draw at 3.30pm)

Browse among tables of pre-loved and custom-made stilettos, sparkly gowns, costume jewellery, suspenders, garters, nipple-tassels and bras, bikinis, feather boas, and anything else you can think of to accessorise an exotic dancer.

David Bowie Diamond Dolls Tribute Party
Saturday 13 February, 9pm to late, online £6 early bird/£9 full price; at door £15 before midnight, £20 after

In honour of the passing of the Thin White Duke, this event celebrates the pure creativity and performance of legend David Bowie.

Sexy Pole Werkshops
Sunday 14 February, 1pm to 6pm, £18 per person per class

This class will focus not only on how to do pole moves, but to put them together for a sexy performance. Looking at combos and transitions, sexing them up and getting into the flow. There will be a floor work section to give you different moves to add into your routines.

ELSC aims to promote the self-organisation of strippers/lapdancers in London and the UK, and to challenge societal attitudes towards stripclub activity by uniting performers, creating their own working conditions and empowering dancers.
