Win £50 Worth of Free Healthy Eating from Pod

The Pod-uctivity Report

COMPETITION IS OVER AND THE WINNER HAS BEEN CONTACTED. THANKS SO MUCH FOR READING TIKICHRIS. PLEASE STAY TUNED FOR LOTS MORE FUN AND FREEBIES TO COME!

Not feeling at that pod-uctive? It might have to do with how you’re eating. Or so I learned at a recent Pod-uctivity Report hosted by Pod restaurants with nutritionist Helen Money sharing insight into healthy eating.

I left the report with a spring in my step (thanks to the zingy smoothie I had during the session) and feeling especially keen to share what I had learned with folks. More than that though, I wanted to share a taste of good food options Pod has on offer. Fancy £50 worth of free food and drink that’s super healthy and guaranteed to increase your pod-uctivity? Keep reading.

Yep, I’ve teamed up with Pod to offer one lucky reader five £10 vouchers. But this competition’s not just a chance to win a free lunch (and then some) but to explore a menu of nutritious and free-free food and drink options at a number of convenient locations throughout London and to start improving eating habits and be more pod-uctive!

With a new menu just launched, now’s a great time to visit one of Pod’s 20-plus London outlets. From salmon and seaweed caviar scrambled eggs, peanut butter power porridge, or a turbo turmeric and mango blitz for brekkie to falafel and chicken shawarma wrap, miso soup or a range of bibimbaps for lunch – and a delectable of smart snacks, coffees and more in between – there’s something tasty and affordable for everyone at Pod. Most menu items cost between £5 and £6 with plenty of items just under or over.

To be in with a chance to win £50 worth of vouchers redeemable at any of Pod’s 22 restaurants in London, simply tweet the following:

I’ll pick one winner at random on Monday 25 April at 11.30am BST. The winner will receive five vouchers worth £10 each and redeemable at any Pod outlet. Each voucher can only be used once in store and cannot be exchanged for cash or merchandise alternatives. No change given. Voucher can only be used for Pod branded food and drink. To be eligible to win, you need to have an address in the UK where the prize can be delivered.

Pod-uctivity Report

The World Health Organisation has found that adequate nutrition can raise national productivity by 20%, while a report produced by the International Labour Office stated that inadequate nourishment can cut productivity by up to 20%.

Pod’s report looks at the important nutrients and foods needed to sustain busy working lifestyles while offering tips based on your job, gender and social life based on four prolific job types in London:

· Creatives (examples are those working in marketing, advertising, PR, journalism, City traders);
· Office Angels (examples are those working in admin, support and assistant roles);
· High Flyers (examples are the investment bankers, analysts lawyers, accountants and those working in IT); and
· Key Workers (examples are emergency workers, nurses, doctors, teachers and taxi drivers).

Which are you and can you do better at eating well?
