Yard Sale Pizza, Finsbury Park

Yard Sale Pizza, Finsbury Park - DSC_4502

Pizza party in Finsbury Park? Who wants a slice of that action? Me, and I reckon all sorts of other folks when they find out about the newly opened Yard Sale Pizza sliding onto Blackstock Road.

Yep, every Claptonian’s preferred pizza parlour has set up a second wood-fired oven near Finsbury Park Station. I swung by a little pre-launch shindig last night for sneaky peek taste and very much enjoyed very bite. Top marks for a perfectly presentable Margherita (£7.50 for a 12” and £13.50 for an 18”) and for the Full House (pepperoni, fennel sausage, spicy beef, black olives, mixed peppers and mushrooms, £11 for a 12” and £19.50 for an 18”).

I loved trying the dips too, especially the Ribman Holy F**k Hot Sauce. There’s a small by quality selection of sides, desserts and drinks. I was happy cracking open a few cans of Five Points Pale to pair with my pizza.

Yard Sale Pizza is located at 54 Blackstock Road, N4 2DW (with an original pizzeria in Clapton too). Find out more at yardsalepizza.com.
