Shake Shack Cambridge Circus

The Shack continues to shake the London burger scene with a new outlet opened at Cambridge Circus.

If you’re familiar with the nomnomnommery that goes down at a Shake Shack then you won’t be surprised by what’s doing at this newest restaurant. And you’ll know that there’s always in a little something special and locale specific on offer at each one.

Treats available only at the Cambridge Circus Shack include The Yard Burger – an Aberdeen Angus beef burger topped with Neal’s Yard Hafod Cheddar, Wiltshire cured smoked bacon and a horseradish sauce (yum) – and a limited edition collab with Crosstown Doughnuts and more. There’s special boozy stuff too (I loved The Cheeky Monkey, a vanilla custard milkshake blended with caramel and Monkey Shoulder whisky).

The results of the Shake Shack/Crosstown team up is a Black Forest Cake Doughnut (a chocolate cake dough topped with a white chocolate glaze and finished with a dark chocolate crumb, a festive sprinkling of icing sugar and a praline almond shard) filled with vanilla frozen custard and topped with black forest compote. It’s pretty awesome – and a lot more moreish than it even sounds. At the moment it’s only available at the Cambridge Circus Shack, but from Wednesday 1 November until Sunday 31st December you’ll be able to have it at any London outlet.

The new Shake Shack is located at 1 Cambridge Circus, WC2H 8PA, with more outlets across London and the UK. Find out more at shakeshack.com.
