Hosted by Bibendum Wines at the elegant and yummy 101 Pimlico Road restaurant, La Vie en Rosé: A Fresh Look at Pink Wines provided Londonist an opportunity to sample a range of Bibendum’s latest rosés. From fantastically fizzy to perfectly flat or girlie pink to strawberry hued, a few slurps into last night’s tasting and the message was clear: there’s delicious variety among these oft scoffed wines.
