The recipe’s ingredients are pretty basic, a good number of which you probably already have in your home. Plus, the recipe includes two kinds of pork! Unsmoked bacon and a whole lot of lardons. There’s chicken stock too. And did I mention the health benefits of a diet rich in lentils and other pulses?
