Good Stuff #55 | Southbank Centre Food Market

Paella made with Label Anglais free range chicken - DSC_3558I *heart* paella made with Label Anglais free range chicken.

This latest list of good stuff is filled with street eats enjoyed during a forage through Southbank Centre Food Market, which celebrated its one year anniversary last Friday. Located at South Bank Centre Square behind Royal Festival Hall, Belvedere Road, SE1 8XX, the market is open every Friday (noon to 8pm), Saturday (11am to 8pm), and Sunday (noon to 6pm) and on Bank Holiday Mondays (noon to 6pm).

The Hop Locker

I loved ogling the smart selection of suds from this British craft beer bar and bottle shop and was pleased to crack open a can of Fourpure Brewing Co’s Flatiron American Red.

Korrito

The spicy pork belly (with pear-infused sweet and spicy marinade) from these Korean BBQ vendors deeply satisfied.

Label Anglais

I took home a couple of tarragon-y Special Reserve free range chicken sausages from these guys and – once I cooked ‘em up – wished I’d gotten a whole bunch more. Delicious!

World of Zing

Already a fan of these creators and curators of the finest spices, craft cocktails and artisan condiments, I was pleased to catch up on the tasty doings of WoZ. The Steel-Aged Manhattan (Bulleit Rye Whiskey, Martini Rosso Vermouth, Zing Bespoke Anaesthetic Brandy and Zing Bespoke Euphoric Bitters) was a treat!
