Here’s a link to Chris Pople’s The In’N’Out campaign post on his Cheese and Biscuits blog. Chris was recently in sunny San Diego, California where he apparently (and most understandably) fell in love with “genuine American burger” restaurant, In-N-Out. So much so, he’s keen to see this fast food phenom cross the Pond and sling burgers here in London. As a big fan of In-N-Out’s “freshest quality” policy and decent employer practices, I’m all for an In-N-Out London franchise! Good luck Mr Pople!
The In’N’Out campaign

I won’t go on again about how good In’N’Out are – read my San Diego roundup if you need a reminder – but briefly, the fact they can serve such thoroughly accomplished burgers for $1.99 is little short of a miracle. Now obviously, if In’N’Out were to open a branch in London, that price point may be an issue, but at £1.99 or even £2.99 you’ll still be putting the fear of God not only into the gourmet gang but clearly also into Burger King and McDonalds too.

a noble cause Chris- our favourite too. If established, the term “beef-burger” might finally be put to bed as part of the popular parlance.
Yeah “beef burger” is a pretty annoying term.
