Following his appearance on BBC2’s Masterchef and celebrating the launch of his new book, NOMA: Time and Place in Nordic Cuisine, chef and restauranteur René Redzepi will be at Freemasons’ Hall this Friday, November 12th, cooking and talking about the inspiration and philosophy behind his innovative Nordic cuisine and his rise to culinary fame.
