Hotel Chocolat‘s Roast + Conch shop brings small batch chocolate making to the heart of London (4 Monmouth Street in Seven Dials, Covent Garden to be exact) where cocoa beans are delivered fresh from the company’s Rabot Estate plantation on Saint Lucia. Once in shop, the beans are converted daily into a range of rare chocolate batches in an open basement kitchen where customers are free to ogle. The results? A process-driven focus on the UK’s favourite treat that’s attractive, enlightening and delish.
