So the London 2012 Olympics are soon coming to a close. Yes, the Paralympics are on their way and promise lots of continued sporting excitement. But – wow – what an amazing two weeks (plus the few years of build up!) London has just gone through.
Panasonic, the Official Audio Video Equipment Partner for London 2012 Olympics has been on the scene making sure all the great moments from the Games have been documented. And to further keep the 2012 memories alive, they’re offering to giveaway a free Lumix S3 Olympic Games Camera to one of my readers!
Entering this freebie competition is easy.
To be in with a chance to win a limited edition Panasonic Lumix S3 Olympic Games Camera, simply leave a comment sharing what your favourite moment from the 2012 Games was. I’ll pick one answer at random a week from today. You’ve got until the afternoon of Friday 10 August to submit your comment.

Usain Bolt’s 200m win, incredible!
That was amazing! Thanks. Good luck with the competition.
My favorite moment is when Andy Murray beats Roger Federer in straight sets. Sweet revenge for Wimbledon loss and the man so deserved it!
Nice one. And yes it was great to see Murray win.
For me it has to be Jessica Ennis – great athlete, great personality!
She is incredible! Great attitude.
Last night 4 × 100 metres relay race because it was the victory of a team, everyone did their best (congrats to USA) but Jamaica is the strongest one. Nesta Carter, Michael Frater, Yohan Blake and Usain Bolt have also broken the world record, incredible! I’m excited for the exploit they did.
Yes!
Loved all of it, but the Farrah / Bolt double & photo will stick in the mind as a lasting image from the games for me.
That *might* be it for me too, Dom.
I’m going to try and be a little different and pick Chad Le Clos winning the 200m butterfly and the separate post-race interviews with him and his father, Bert. To me, that’s what the Olympics is all about – the sheer ecstasy of athletes just so darn thrilled to have made it, and the love and support from their families and friends.
You always were a little different 😉
Yes, that’s a great moment. Thank you so much for sharing. Good luck with the competition!
Beside Usain Bolt winning the 100 meters, I would like to say the opening ceremony. The Queen and James Bond Skydiving! Pure class lol
It was hilarious – and a real surprise!
The opening ceremony was simply magical
Agree!
