One Last #SoupSearch Request. Am I Going to Japan?

Harriott-Foods-Aug29th-403 (Large)

Looks like I still have a decent lead in Ainsley Harriott’s #SoupSearch Challenge. But my margin’s eroding bit by bit each day. The contest ends tomorrow, September 25th, at 11.59pm … which seems like an excruciatingly long time away for me right now. If you haven’t voted yet, would like to share with your friends or have no idea what I’m talking about, here’s the link:

To all you fine people who took the time out of your busy day to read any of my related #SoupSearch content, to vote and pass the word on about this competition, I sincerely appreciate it. I’m pretty sure that, at the very least, me bumbling around Japan should provide you with a chuckle or two once I’m back.

And even if I don’t win, this experience has been a lot of fun for me. But who am I kidding? I so want to win this trip to Japan. So, please vote for me in Ainsley Harriott’s #SoupSearch Challenge! It’s easy. Just click here and then cast your vote for me. And if you’re a UK resident, you’ll be in with a chance to win your own free trip to Marrakech.

Thanks!

Congratulations, Chris! I voted for you a while ago and you had only 9% votes back then, am glad you managed to catch up. Am happy to see all the good things that have been happening to you over the past year or two 🙂

Thanks for taking the time to write such kind words … and for voting for me. I’m so excited about going to Japan. It was fun watching my percentage of votes go from worst to first!

How are you? Still working in the City?

      • Jenn says:

I bet you’re excited! When are you going?

I’m good thanks, still working in the City but am currently in the very first stages of an idea that would involve doing things I love and might, eventually, be a way out of the ‘working in the City’ life. Fingers crossed.

Hope that you and Kemey have an amazing time (of course you will) and come back with the most mind-blowing soup ideas. And I know that I don’t need to remind you to take lots of photos!

        Jenn 🙂

Thanks Jenn. Won’t be going until the last part of October, just enough time to free up the calendar.

Good luck with your ‘escape the City’ idea. I’d love to know what the plan is. Maybe let’s catch up once I’m back from my trip?

        🙂

Sounds like a plan Chris, let’s do that. Give me a shout once you’ve settled back into London after your trip.

Am just starting to do bits of research and whatnot and by then I might have more of an idea if my idea is shite or not, haha.

Wishing you and Kemey a safe journey, and a great time.

    Jenn
