I had a lot of fun last Saturday “hanging out” with Chef Marcello Tully of the Kinloch Lodge on the Isle of Skye. The Great British Chefs Google Hangout in association with Tesco Real Food offered an up close and personal opportunity to see this brilliant chef in action … from the privacy of my own home. I liked how I got to watch – in real time – just how Marcello went about making fresh mayonnaise. I gleaned some valuable tips during the viewing and was even able to ask Marcello some questions. The theme of the Hangout was cooking with kids and featured a demo of how to prepare the chef’s “Rice Krispie Fish Fingers” recipe.
