Image finding yourself in the freezing wilderness of Alaska – alone on a glacier, with nothing but a giant life-ring, a tuxedo and a plane ticket to get you home – and the airport is hundreds of miles away. How would you cope? What would you do?
Voyage is Heineken’s latest campaign, plucking men from around the world out of their daily routines and dropping them at remote global locations with nothing but the most basic of supplies and directions. The result is Dropped, a series of completely unscripted episodic adventures following the intrepid explorers on their travels.
Voyage is the fifth instalment of Heineken’s greater Legends platform, an integrated campaign offering a full-on immersive experience via the Heineken® Dropped YouTube channel. Here, you can follow each Dropped voyage, access documentary-style content and – if you think you’re up for the adventure – you can even submit your own video entry for a chance to be dropped somewhere yourself.
Every Dropped adventure is tailor-made to test the limits of each protagonist, forcing him to drew on his strengths and conquer his fears. Across four continents, the participants face a range of challenges as they struggle to reach the final destination: home. Will they make it? The answer lies within each individual.
