So, my first attempt constructing a traditional Scandi Pepperakashus turned out to be a bit of a disaster. I blame the glögg. Still it tasted great, and I had a lot of fun playing around with my gingerbread kit from Scandinavian Kitchen – London’s best resource for winter wonderland-y goodies and all sorts of nordic treats throughout the year.

Yes. I went with an unconventional method. I guess I should have stuck with a more traditional approach. Fun though and still very tasty!
