I was first introduced to Vini & Bal’s excellent range of sauces at the beginning of this year and have been a fan ever since. I was especially impressed with what the sauces specifically are not – gloopy, greasy and filled with additives and preservatives. Vini & Bal ingredient lists read like home cooking – no additives or preservatives (they’re vegetarian and gluten-free too). So shorter shelf life maybe, but maximum yum without all any dextro-whatever crap. Yay.
