The six brothers behind decades old Northern Ireland bakery Genesis Crafty (Adrian, Brian, John, Paul, Seamus, and Damian McErlain) recently presented me with an opportunity to become one of the family so to speak … but only for a few weeks. I was their blogger of the month for June. And as such, I took to the kitchen to see what I could cook up to go with their range of handmade small batch baked goods.
Genesis Crafty has been something of a mainstay on the shop shelves of Northern Ireland for quite some time, and now the family owned bakery has madea push across the rest of the UK. Enjoying their products over these past few weeks, it was easy to see why celebrated chefs like Jason Atherton are fans.
Here’s a list of my posts about the bakery and what I found went well with their assortment of handcrafted baked goods.
