Did you know that all of Sainsbury’s Taste the Difference South African wines are Fairtrade? And as I discovered at a recent tasting, they’re all delicious too. Here’s an opportunity to taste the difference for yourself with a chance to win six bottles of Taste the Difference South African wines for free.
Bosman Family Vineyards is the leading producer of premium Fairtrade wines in South Africa. The eighth-generation family business is co-owned by the staff, and the farm is part of the largest land reform transaction in the South African wine industry. For years Bosman has been the supplier of Sainsbury’s Taste the Difference Fairtrade Chenin Blanc and Taste the Difference Fairtrade Cabernet Merlot. Now two new wines from Bosman are coming to the Sainsbury’s shelf: Taste the Difference Fairtrade Shiraz and Taste the Difference Fairtrade Vine Garden Rosé (comprised of 47 different varieties of grapes).
Lucky me, I sat in on a tasting of these four wines recently. Each of these reasonably priced wines is good value for money and a flavourful quaffs to be enjoyed with food. I liked them all (a lot) but maybe preferred the zesty Chenin Blanc the most. What’s more important than my opinion about these wines, though, is your opinion about them.
