Zay Ahmed acquires a taste for Pierre Marconi’s luxury chocolates.
I was recently invited to a special Maison Pierre Marcolini event to check out the 2017 Christmas Collection. Pierre Marcolini is a chocolatier known for sourcing premium cocoa directly from independent producers in Brazil, Cuba, Ecuador, Ghana, Madagascar and Vietnam.
Getting the opportunity to learn more about their ‘Bean to Bar’ process first hand was eye-opening and gave me a new appreciation for the craft. It was a window into the magic of a true chocolatier.
I also had a chance to preview the new winter collection which is available in stores from the 9th of November 2017. From advent calendars and praline chocolate boxes to an irresistible chocolate Father Christmas, these chocolate creations are anything but ordinary and are guaranteed to delight.
