Returning home is always an awakening experience for me. I never know the effect it might have on my consciousness, which memories will be triggered or which deeply buried part of my childhood I might face.
Writing about Nuwara Eliya was as moving as it was being there. I’m a Buddhist who believes in reincarnation. I have not doubt that I’d been there before. I hope you’ve enjoyed reading my miniseries on Nuwara Eliya.
