My Save a Crust collaboration with the North London Waste Authority is done. But before you pack up and go please allow me one last chance to butter you up with a cheap and cheerful conclusion to this miniseries.
Just because I’ve come the end of my loaf with the NLWA that doesn’t mean it’s time to start loafing! There are still so many delicious and fun ways to waste less food and save more money. So I intend to continue helping to spread the word and I hope you will too.
In the meanwhile, here’s a list with links to all the posts in my Save a Crust miniseries:

About the NLWA and Wise Up to Waste
The North London Waste Authority (NLWA) serves more than two million people by helping the councils of Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Hackney, Haringey, Islington, and Waltham Forest dispose of the 850,000 tonnes of waste that they collect every year.
I live in Waltham Forest and have lived for years at a time in Islington and Hackney too. I know how big of a problem wastage can be around here. I also know how simple acts can make the situation a lot better for everybody. And I believe things are discernibly better with respect to waste than they were not so long ago.
Wise Up to Waste is about working with you to reduce waste and increase recycling. North London currently recycles 31% of its waste. The goal of the NLWA is to increase that to 50% by 2020.
