1. The neighbours’ cat coming round to say hi (and staying in my room most of the day);
2. Catching up on the phone with an old friend;
3. Family reaching out to see if I’m okay;
4. Strawberry, banana and spinach smoothies;
5. Listening to the David Bowie album, The Man Who Sold the World, for the first time in a very long while.
