4. Some – but not too much – scheduled activity for today;
5. A recent episode of The Brian Lehrer Show featured an interview with the authors of The Power of Bad: How the Negativity Effect Rules Us and How We Can Rule It. I was pleasantly surprised by how similar their thoughts were to my Five Good Things idea.
