Ditch the boxsets – here’s something different to do during lockdown!
I’ve teamed up with the Cider is Wine alliance to offer the opportunity for five tikichris readers to win a pack each of four artisanally produced ciders and to join in a fun online event. You’ll never taste cider in the same way again!
Real cider is made just like wine – fermented not brewed, made exclusively from apples and aged for quality – in fact the processes to make 100% apple content ciders can be compared directly to winemaking. Cider Is Wine – the quality mark for 100% juice not-from-concentrate ciders – will launch its webshop on 14 May at 7pm with a fruitful and fun online event via Zoom. I’ve teamed up with the Cider is Wine alliance to invite my readers to take part and allow them the chance to have a taste of some of the best ciders being produced today.
Five folks each will win the Cider is Wine launch pack which includes the following four bottles of quality ciders:

I’ll pick five winners at random on Thursday 7 May at 6.30pm BST. The winners will receive a pack of four bottles of cider (three bottles are 7cl, one is 375ml) worth a total value of £44.99. To be eligible to win, you need to have an address here in the UK where the prize may be posted. Obviously you also need to be of legal drinking age to receive this alcoholic product and must be able to show ID that proves your age.
