1. Having a quiet Saturday to myself that was stress-free but also fairly productive;
2. Making plans to spend much of today outside;
3. The smell of honeysuckle in my back garden;
4. Doing basic yoga stretches barefoot in the grass;
5. People unexpectedly reaching out to me about these lists.
