The shiso with blueberry tea is my fave. It’s super refreshing and has remarkable depth of flavour. If you’re not familiar with shiso, it tastes vibrant and grassy. Shiso and blueberry might not ever have occurred to me, but it’s a real palate pleaser! After a sample of the Goodology range, I was left keen for more. Come spring and summer, this tea might become my quencher of choice.
