Distilled in Ukraine, Dima’s Vodka is a triple grain vodka made with barley, wheat and rye grown the country’s famously rich black soil to give it a rounder and fuller flavour than most other vodkas. Served ice cold with pickles on the side, Dima’s is a smooth drink for social sipping and a fine tipple to have on hand for when circumstances call for celebration.
Fairly new to the market but already garnering accolades and racking up awards, Dima’s would be a fine addition to the your liquor cabinet shelves, your freezer drawers, and your dinner table. With notes of citrus and grain and slight but definite hint of vanilla, this vodka goes down a delicious dream as a shot. But my recommendation is to savour it by sipping and pairing with food. The Ukrainian way would be enjoying your session with pickles, but I reckon Dima’s would do nicely coupled with a plate of cheese and charcuterie as well as a variety of fish and seafood dishes. Anything with dill might match well as should tart flavour profiles such as grapefruit.
Obviously, this vodka is handy go-to for cocktails, especially martinis and bloody Marys.
