Recipe: Surf ‘n’ Turk’ Prawn and Turkey Tacos

Inspired by a recent sit in at a British turkey cooking demo hosted by ace TV chef Phil Vicky, I gleaned a thing or two from him for my own home kitchen creations. Ready for taco night? My garlic prawn tacos with peach salsa and chipotle pecan sour cream are excellent. They’re easy to make too – and are perfect for a summer meal.
