Romping round the South of France touring UNESCO World Heritage sites can sure work up an appetite. In a country whose very gastronomy has achieved world heritage status, finding myself somewhere of cultural or historical significance paired nicely with the safe bet that I wouldn’t be far from something seriously delectable too.
