When in Parma, Eat Like the Parmiggiani (Blue Tomato)

As the old adage goes, when in Rome you’d be wise to follow the Roman lead. Of course, even in the Eternal City, when sitting down for a Roman sup, there’s a good chance the ham and cheese would be from a couple of hundred miles or so up the Appia Way in Parma.
