It’s good to have well travelled architects as friends. They know the best places and spaces that cities have to offer – and when my good buddy (and well travelled architect) Michael Murphy heard that me and the missus were heading to Vienna, he kindly made us a “Must Must Must Go” list which featured the Loos Bar at the top and ended with this imperative: If you can only go to one place on this list, then DO NOT SKIP Loos American Bar!
