I’m Still a Mess. But at Least My House is Clean.

Welcome back to this messy series of posts about my experience with Hassle.com – the online and app-based cleaning service offering vetted cleaners, online payments, and 100% money-back guarantees. I’ve been booking cleanings via Hassle for just over a month now and thought it was time to share my thought about the service with you.

So far so good. No technical or scheduling hiccups. And my house has never been cleaner. Of course, that’s not really saying all that much, given for much of the time I’ve lived here it’s been all up a building site with full-on renovations taking place. Now that all that work is over, it’s nice to enjoy the reward of a clean home (and to have somebody else do it!). Between sessions, it’s easier to maintain upkeep while keeping clutter down too.

Each cleaning has been with the same person – Nadya – and she’s a total pro. I couldn’t be more pleased with the job she’s done and would be more than happy to stick with her for as long as I’m living where I do now and she’s still with Hassel. Indeed I intend to just that. She even does iron (with advanced noticed) and windows (interior only). After she left last time, I stood in amazement at how everything gleamed.

Stay tuned for more posts about my experience trying out Hassle, and how you might be able to try its on-demand cleaning service for free!
