Since my introductory post, I’ve been enjoying my morning java made with the Melitta CI Touch. This sleek coffeemaker is a solid all rounder that’s straightforward to use but also very easy tweaked to individual preferences. I love preparing my coffee at the touch of a button (including having the beans ground). The machine has auto cleaning and descaling too, and that’s certainly handy.
Among its many features, the two of the coolest are My Coffee Memory and Double Cup Mode. My Coffee Memory means I can program up to four distinct pre-sets. As the name suggest, Double Cup Mode makes it possible to brew two different cups of coffee (with or without milk) at the same time. Bottom line is this: I find that the quality of my drink depends mostly on the beans and water used to brew it and that the CI Touch allows for a good expression of the beans I use.
