Good stuff and lots of it!
Here’s the low down on some fine things to see, sip, savour and more – all of which I’ve recently come across and thought were worth sharing with you. Enjoy.
Loving the summer sunshine? I am too! I’m particularly pleased with all the opportunities to retreat to my back garden and goof off behind the grill. Yep, 2018 has turned out to be a beauteous BBQ season. So I’m glad to have a big bag of Oxford Charcoal Company’s Hard Wood Blend for my smoking needs. Hand-made in small batches, Oxford Charcoal yields a long smoke-free burn for a mild, subtle flavour.
Dock & Bay Recycled Plastic Swimwear
Travel accessories brand Dock & Bay have recently launched a range of quick drying swim shorts made 100% from recycled water bottles. The shorts come in a variety of vivid cabana stripe colours at a retail price of £30. They’re super comfy too. I love my pair.
ZeroWater is the only water filter brand on the market in the UK to deliver the equivalent to purified bottled water from your own home tap. Developed with a pour-through system with an aim to deliver the best filtration possible with premium five-stage ion exchange technology, this filter removes virtually all total dissolved solids – something no other filter jug or dispenser brands can claim. I’ve got ZeroWater’s 10 cup/2.35 litre jug (£34.99). The water filtered through it tastes so good, even resulting in tastier coffee!
Gato & Co does feel good desserts that are free from gluten, dairy, and refined sugar … but still really yummy. Pots are around 80g+ with a recommended retail price of £2.29 each. The Gato range includes Melting Chocolate Fondant; Chocolate and Coconut Brownie; and Salted Caramel Sticky Toffee Pudding. Tough choice but I think the sticky toffee pudding is my fave.
