Adrenalin Fuelled Stag Activities

Adrenalin Fuelled Stag Activities

Organising a stag do can be stressful. The worry of having to juggle on average 15 people and getting something they will all like, despite never meeting half of them, is not something to be taken lightly. Restless nights of thinking of something that will stay with the stag forever, just before the big day, coupled with having that one person who is not will to do anything.

Fear not, Last Night of Freedom has produced a list of the most adrenaline fuelled activities you can get up to on that pre-wedding getaway.

Skeleton Bobsleigh – Riga

It may not sound much, or look exciting. But once you have come away from your first run down the slope, your attitude will soon change. Reaching speeds of over 90 mph, your heart will soon be pumping, ready to go again. The risk of crashing is low, but you never know what is round the next bend.

Fighter Jet Experience – Prague

Not for those scared of flying, unless it is the stag then this is DEFINITELY a one to do. Arrive at the airfield and take off in a former military fighter jet, reaching break neck speeds and a battle against that g-force. You will enjoy it so much you will be asking the pilot on your journey home to do the same tricks with a Boeing-737.

Shooting Experience – Budapest

One of the most popular activities for a stag weekend is to go to a gun range. Some packages offer a basic 9mm pistol with 15 rounds. But some extreme packages allow groups to shoot some of the most deadly guns in the world including .44 Magnum, Evo3 Scorpio, MP15 assault rifle and the G12 shotgun which is used by police forces across the globe. Show the group who the daddy is and blow the competition out the water.

Dog Attack – Krakow

Man’s best friend, or they were until they try to rip your arm off. Unless you have had a brush with the law in the past then you will not know the sheer force that some of the world’s most aggressive dogs have to offer. You will be suited up, and every precaution taken to prevent any serious injury but that will not be enough to avoid being thrown around by a Rottweiler or German Shepard. It will certainly get that adrenaline pumping.

Rally Driving – Bucharest

Take to the track and find out who is the fastest and who can eat your dust. Choose from front-wheel, rear-wheel or all-wheel drive and power slide to victory around the dirt track. After you will be able to boast that you are the quickest in town.

Tank Ride – Bratislava

Which little boy has not wanted to drive a tank? Now it is your chance to fulfil that dream. Climb on top, as if you and you crew were heading into battle, and experience just what it is like to be taken off road in a 35 tonne machine. After your trip around the battle field, head into town and boast about your escapades – chicks dig a military man.

Wrestling Training – Dusseldorf

Body slams and elbow drops galore – finally a chance to inflict some pain on that annoying friend in the stag group. After you have been shown the ropes, you will learn how to grapple like the best of them. Leotards are optional.

Bull Running – Madrid

A Spanish tradition, bull running is something exclusively used for special occasion. Yet what is more special than a stag do? After a safety talk, you are thrusted into the arena with a ‘beast’, which is in fact a baby bull. No animals are harmed however, but your dignity might be if you are caught.

Demolition Derby – Tallinn

Another one for the little boy inside. Re-live the dream and take part in your very own smash-em-up. Get behind the wheel in your banger and smash your way to the top. Then once you are done, go for a beer and show off your war wounds.

North Pole Expedition

Probably the ultimate stag do. Follow the likes of other intrepid explorers such as Fredrick A. Cook and Robert E. Perry and trek through the Arctic Circle in search for the summit of the earth, the North Pole. The trip, which lasts for a week includes ski training, quintessential explorer meals prepare by base camp chefs and treks through the snow, all topped off with champagne and caviar on the final day. It is certainly something to tell your grandkids.
