House of Holi returns to Cinnamon Kitchen at Devonshire Square for a fifth colour-filled year. Festivities commence Wednesday 6 March and run to Thursday 21 March.

Chef Vivek Singh invites guests to don protective white jumpsuits and step into his House of Holi for a 30-minute session of paint-pelting friends, family and colleagues followed by a special five-course meal to mark the Indian festival of colour.
Priced at £35 per person (Monday to Friday, including a 30 minute Play Holi session ), the House of Holi menu includes the following dishes:
- Chef’s choice of pre-starter;
- Starters for the table …
– Kale and spinach chaat, tamarind and coriander chutney;
– Padron peppers with sea salt and kadhai spices;
– Tandoori king prawns with fennel and coriander, tomato salsa; and
– Char-grilled kingfish with pickling spices, shallot raita … - Rest course of thandai sorbet ;
- Main course with black lentils and garlic naan for the table and choice of …
– Spinach and paneer kofta with tomato lemon sauce, stir fry of seasonal greens;
– Khad Murgh – Chicken wrapped in handkerchief bread, kachumber salad; or
– Laal maas – Rajasthani fiery lamb curry, pilau rice; - Dessert course of assorted Holi sweets such as saffron malai kulfi, malpua and coconut rice kheer;
