1. Waking up from several hours of sound deep sleep;
2. Crisp sunny blue-skied morning;
3. Only sounds at this moment are me typing and a bird chirping outside my window;
4. Checking my phone to see kind messages from people I care about;
5. An opportunity to disengage and be bored … and reaquaint myself with my actual self!
